Jazmin Butler  – Ballet Instructor

Jazmin Butler is a dedicated ballet and dance instructor with a Bachelor of Science in Theater and Performance from Governors State University, complemented by minors in Dance and Psychology. With a rich dance background that began at age six and teaching experience since seventeen, she has refined her skills in various styles, including ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, and musical theater.

Currently a performer and choreographer with TAKE BACK DANCE Company, Jazmin has been recognized for her talent, receiving the Most Valuable Performer and Best Stage Presence awards two consecutive years during her collegiate career. Her leadership skills shine through her past roles as Dance Company President and cheer captain. Additionally, she is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., performing on the Central Region LTO Step Team and participating in local artistic endeavors, including city films and winning first place in a Dancing with the Stars fundraiser.

Jazmin is passionate about working with children, fostering a nurturing environment where students feel confident, inspired, and excited to grow. Leveraging her background in dance, theater, and psychology, she emphasizes the development of strong technique, artistry, and stage presence in every dancer she trains.
